  • What happens to service on weeks with holidays?
    We observe six holidays throughout the year, and your pick-up will be pushed back one day if your typical service day falls on or after the holiday. Why don't you provide pricing on your website? Our highly trained customer service representatives will provide you with customized waste options for your needs. We take a comprehensive look at location, unique needs and seasonal variations to assure you the best price.
  • What size options do I have for a container?
    Dumpster sizes vary slightly by area, but in general we offer 10, 15, 20 and 30 yard containers. If you are new to ordering container, we suggest you to speak with one of our highly knowledgeable customer service representatives at 787-852-4444 or E-Mail sales@ecwaste.com to figure out which size will be best for you.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    We are open Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm, Saturday 7:30am-12:00pm and are closed on Sundays. You can also call and leave a message 24/7 which will be promptly responded to during normal business hours or contact us via e-mail: serviciopr@ecwaste.com
  • What is Special Waste?
    A special waste is any material that is not municipal solid waste (normal garbage or trash) and that may require special handling due to its size, physical characteristics, source, packaging, regulatory classification, record-keeping needs, or other trait which may potentially impact employees, equipment, or facilities.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
